Service Description

myClients is a client management platform that provides tools for scheduling appointments, managing client information, and analyzing business performance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful code or content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, PayFast. By subscribing to myClients, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the pricing plan you select. All payments are processed securely by PayFast, and their terms of service apply to all payment transactions.

  • Free trial period of 30 days with no payment information required
  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • Price changes will be notified in advance and take effect at renewal
  • Payment processing is handled securely by PayFast

Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over your content but require a license to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to share any data you upload.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, myClients shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
